Charitable support is vital to provide financial resources for the Green Foundation to fulfill its mission for the community. Charitable gifts are used for the following purposes:
- Acquire properties that are not to be donated by the owner
- Redevelop paved and bare sites into green space
- Landscape selected sites with trees, bushes, flowering plants, and wooden fences when needed for safety
- Maintain and cleanup properties acquired to enhance the community
- Provide educational information to the community through brochures, newsletters, website, and community exhibits
